Student Council is a group of 4th and 5th grade students (two from each class) who have been selected by their teacher and classmates as leaders to help make positive changes in our school. The student council meets once a month to make important decisions on spirit days, organizes the school-wide food drive, and helps promote a positive and inclusive environment at Mayflower Mill. Student council members go through an intensive process to become members. Students are required to make a poster, give a speech to their class, and are then voted on by their classmates. Student council members must have been on the honor roll at least two quarters of the previous year to be eligible.
Student council elections will be held in September.
